Each oral presentation is allocated a total time slot of 20 minutes. Speakers are requested to plan their presentations for 15 minutes, allowing the remaining time for questions and discussion. Session Chairs have been instructed to strictly enforce the schedule, and we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the allotted time.
Please bring your presentation on a USB flash drive in Microsoft PowerPoint or Adobe PDF format and upload it on the session room PC no later than 15 minutes before the start of the session. Uploading during coffee or lunch breaks is also possible and encouraged.
To prevent technical issues, please ensure that your presentation complies with the following instructions.
